   User: Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the services provided by SkyStreaming.
   Content: Refers to the TV channels, shows, movies, and other multimedia available through the IPTV service.
2. Eligibility

Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Services Provided
   SkyStreaming provides access to live TV, video-on-demand (VOD), and other multimedia services over the internet.
   The Service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be free of errors.
   Content availability may vary based on your geographic location and licensing agreements.
4. User Responsibilities
   By using our services, you agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Not engage in unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or reproduction of the Content.
Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform’s operations.
Maintain the security of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

   SkyStreaming is responsible for:

6. Payments and Subscriptions

   Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
   All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
   We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice to users.
7. Prohibited Activities
   Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to streaming copyrighted content without authorization.
Transmitting harmful or malicious code, spam, or other disruptive content.
Circumventing content access restrictions through VPNs or proxy services (unless explicitly permitted).

• Termination and Suspension
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, especially if you breach these Terms.
  Users can terminate their subscription by contacting support. Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
• Disclaimer of Warranties
  SkyStreaming provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the Content.
• Limitation of Liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyStreaming shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
  This includes loss of data, revenue, or other intangible losses.
• Indemnification
  You agree to indemnify and hold SkyStreaming harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

  All Content and platform features are the property of SkyStreaming or our licensors.
  Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.

• Changes to Terms
